ERP Data Connection
Prestashop Connector connects for one side to the ERP sql server database where it gets the ERP data, by just read access queries, to be synched with the online shop Prestashop, this way makes connector synchronizations faster, flexible and scalable, due the free reading access to every table or view in the ERP database.
Some data, as attachment PDF files or Product images are integration using Prestashop API, but common pure data is connect and sync directly thought the Prestashop Databases.
Prestashop Connection
Prestashop Connector also connects to Prestashop Online shop through its MySql database to connect and integrate (insert, update and delete) the data coming from the ERP. This way again makes connector integration between ERP and Prestashop faster, more efficient and scalable if new or customized data must be included into the integrations process.
Orders Download Process
Prestashop Orders and Customers data are download from the e-commerce to the ERP, using ERP capabilities, as for example Navision web service standard feature, Sage owns calculation, Sap service layer, this way Prestashop Connects respects ERPs apis and integration interfaces.

Prestashop Connector Integration
To cover a Professional Integration between any ERP system (Sage 200, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics Nav Navision, X3, Axapta, etc…) with Prestashop both platform databases (Sql server, MySql, Oracle…) must be mapped and connected

Bidirectional Sync Configuration
Bidirectional module is responsible to download orders, orders details and customers data from Prestashop to your ERP. Besides orders and orders details, customers data, as billing address or delivery address will be downloaded from Prestashop to your company ERP.
Prestashop Connector also allows each customer to program how often this data is going to be downloaded.
